What’s Covered (In Plain English)

- Quality & performance of your Altitude LED system as installed and configured by our team. This means any Simplified or Turnkey project qualify for the Altitude Buyback Guarantee.

- Unfixable issues after we’ve had a fair opportunity to diagnose, optimize, and service.

- Real-world worship use: brightness, readability, color consistency, signal integrity, and practical operation.

- If we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction within a reasonable remediation period, we’ll initiate the Buy Back Guarantee. For specific details, please talk with your dedicated LED Screen Specialist

What’s Not Covered

Damage from misuse, unauthorized changes, or non-Altitude modifications.
Building/rigging issues outside spec or installed against written guidance.
Third-party gear or content not provided or approved by Altitude.
Preference changes (size, aesthetics) unrelated to quality/performance.

    Your SOW outlines the period start date and will be 1 year upon activation.

  • What counts as an “performance” issue?

    A performance problem that remains after Altitude has performed adjustments, component swaps, or service steps defined in the support plan.

  • Who handles removal cost and logistics if buy back is triggered?

    You the customer are responsible for the cost associated with de-installation, packing and freight back to Altitude.

  • What if we simply change our mind?
