The challenge
Citizens Church had been using two aging projectors for their worship visuals. The colors were uneven, the brightness was off, and replacing lamps was getting expensive. The biggest issue… the visuals just didn’t match the energy or excellence the team wanted for their services. They needed something clear, reliable, and powerful, but also clean and modern to blend in well with the stage and auditorium design.
The solution
Altitude LED designed and installed a beautiful 31-foot wide by 11-foot tall ultra-wide LED screen. Mounted above the stage, the screen uses the lightweight Cloud™ Series LED Panel and is fully front-serviceable. This huge install happened in just two days, with the church team involved throughout, turning the whole experience into a team-building moment. The system is driven by ProPresenter and an Altitude optimized NovaStar VX1000 processor, giving the team full control and crystal-clear output for every service.
The results
The impact was immediate. The new screen brought clarity and excitement to the worship space and solved every technical issue they had with their old system. “This screen made everything feel sharper and more alive, even the people sitting in the back are noticing the difference,” said Billy, one of the church leaders. Now, Citizens Church has a beautiful, reliable tool for lyrics, sermon slides, and creative visuals that looks great from every seat in the house.
