Gloves on—match the “up” arrow, magnet-fit without bending pins, press with your palm (never a knuckle), and finish with flush micro-adjustments for a seamless face.
Now it's time to install our modules. Included in your kit are going to be gloves. Be sure your team utilizes these gloves to prevent oils and dust from our hands from attaching to the modules. All of your modules have come prepacked in foam in separate boxes. There is a ID on your box. This is irrelevant to the installation of your modules. You can disregard that label. A few points I wanna make about the modules. One, these are the most fragile part of the wall. While they are tough and can withstand a bump to the surface, the edges are the most fragile part of this. So please handle with care. On the rear side of the modules, there is an up arrow. Take note of this. Modules can only be installed one way. As you begin to install the modules, it's best to start from a corner and work in. Each module is affixed by a magnet. So to attach this module, I'm going to make sure that my cables are out of the way. Match it to the edge of the cabinet and push it onto the pins on the board. I'm then going to repeat that process. I don't do this every week like Levi. When the modules are being attached, these ports are attaching to the pins on the board. Be careful not to force them too hard to bend the pins. The best method is to stack your module, tilt it up, and give it a good firm press. It is okay to give it a tap as well. That will not damage it. Again, we want to avoid sharp focus points, such as with a knuckle. A palm is okay, but a knuckle is not. Go ahead and continue this process until all your modules are installed to the cabinets. At the very end, when we turn everything on, we'll then go through and look for any modules that are sticking out a little bit or not visually flat. We'll then do a micro adjustment at that time, utilizing a roller tool or by simply giving the screen a firm press. Sometimes, if a module is sticking out, it just requires a firm press to see into those pins. Outside of that, it's that simple to install modules to your screen.
